About Dartshopper
Dartshopper is a darts specialist, founded in 2014 and the largest online darts retailer in the world. In the United Kingdom we trade as Dartshopper UK Ltd, registered in England under company number 15957335. We hold stock in warehouses here in the UK and ship UK orders from them.
Alongside dartshopper.co.uk we run local shops across Europe and international shops at dartshopper.com and dartshopper.eu. That scale is what lets us carry the full darts range in one place, from a first beginner’s set to tournament specs.
UK stock and UK delivery
We ship most of our orders from warehouses in the UK. Other orders will be sent from the Netherlands. Orders sent from warehouses in the EU does not mean surprise costs: import duties and VAT are already settled by us, so your parcel arrives without any additional charges at the door. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and once your parcel leaves a UK warehouse it is usually with you within one to two working days.
Shipping is free on UK orders over £50, and we send with carriers you already know: Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx.
From an attic room to the world’s largest online darts shop
Dartshopper was founded in 2014 in an attic room by Kevin Gepkens and Tim Koppen, two darts enthusiasts. The idea was straightforward: an online shop where players can find the full range of darts products, at sharp prices, with advice from people who actually play the game. What started as a side project quickly grew into a proper business with its own warehousing, an international team and local webshops across Europe. Today Dartshopper employs around 200 people, working across logistics, customer service, purchasing, content, marketing and tech.
What we focus on
We do one thing: darts. No adjacent sports, no broader sports category. From a first beginner’s set to specific specs for tournament players.

We carry every major brand, including Unicorn, Winmau, Target, Harrows, Red Dragon, KOTO, Mission, Bull’s, L-Style, Loxley and Shot. We also stock signature setups from nearly every well-known player, including Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price, Michael Smith, Rob Cross and Nathan Aspinall, along with the matching flights, shafts, wallets and accessories. Alongside these we develop products under our own brand KOTO, sourced directly from manufacturers, which keeps prices lower without compromising on quality.
How we work
Three things shape how we run the shop.
Stock. What you see on the site is real stock, held in our own warehousing rather than drop-shipped from a supplier.
Product knowledge. A large part of our team plays darts. The product information, buying guides and customer service answers come from hands-on experience, not from manufacturer brochures.
Local presence. Dartshopper.co.uk runs in English, prices in pounds, takes UK payment methods, ships with UK carriers and handles UK returns.
Service
Our customer service team answers questions about product advice, orders, returns and warranty. You can reach us by email, through the 24/7 chat, or by phone on +44 (0)1224 007711, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00. Questions go straight to people who know the products.
