All our articles are indicated with a stock status. All items with the stock status 'in stock' are shipped within 24 hours. Articles that are not directly in stock generally have a longer processing time. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we wait until the order is complete before we ship it (this also applies to orders with personalised products). This is how we keep shipping costs low and our prices competitive.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders* are dispatched within 24 hours. The lead time for delivery is 1-7 business days after dispatch. Orders might be delayed due to the overwhelming demand. It may take a bit longer than what you're accustomed to from us.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via the services of DPD, DHL, Spring, B2C, UPS and FedEx. On the day of dispatch you will receive an email with the track and trace code. Through this code you can see on what day and what time the package will be delivered.
