How to place an order with us?

Placing an order is quick and easy, whether you're on your mobile device or desktop. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Find and Select Your Product

Browse through our selection and locate the product you’d like to purchase. On the product page, you can:

• Adjust the desired quantity using the field to the left of the button.

• Click on the green button "Add to Cart" to add the product to your cart.

2. View Your Cart

After adding a product, a summary (modal) will appear:

• On mobile: The modal will open over the entire screen.

• On desktop: The modal will appear on the right side of the screen.

In this modal, you can:

• Modify quantity: Use the + or - buttons.

• Remove a product: Click on the trash can icon.

• Proceed to checkout: Click on "Proceed to Checkout" to continue to your cart.

• Continue shopping: Close the modal by clicking the cross in the top-right corner to add more products.

If you want to access your cart later, simply click on the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page.

3. The Cart Page

On the cart page, you’ll see an overview of your products. Here, you can:

• Adjust the quantity using the + or - buttons.

• Remove products with the trash can icon.

• Add items to your wishlist via the heart icon.

• Enter a discount code under the "Discount code" section.

When ready, click the green button "Proceed to Checkout" to proceed to the checkout.

4. Starting the Checkout

A modal will open again:

• On mobile: Over the entire screen.

• On desktop: On the right side of the screen.

Here, you can choose to:

• Log in or create an account, which will take you to a separate page to fill in your details.

• Continue as a guest, which will take you directly to the checkout process.

5. The Checkout Process

The checkout process is divided into three steps:

1. Enter Your Information
   Provide your contact and address details. Click the button "Go to Shipping" to proceed.

2. Select Your Shipping Method
   Choose your preferred shipping option. Then click on "Ga to Payment".

3. Choose Your Payment Method
   Select a payment method or use a gift card. Enter your gift card code if applicable. Click the button "Complete Order" to finalize your order.

You’ll be redirected to your chosen payment provider to complete the transaction.

6. Thank You Page

After a successful payment, you’ll land on the thank you page, where you can:

• Optionally create an account by clicking the "Create Account" button.

• View an overview of your order, including your order number, products, and details.

You’ll also receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.
